Ketogenic Mint Chocolate NIB Shake – May 2018
Here is a morning shake sure to put a Spring into your step. This recipe is adapted from a ketogenic recipe website. I added some ingredients, still keeping within the ketogenic guidelines. Happy May!

Keto Ingredients
15-20 fresh Mint Leaves
1/2c packed Baby Spinach Leaves
2 tbsp. Cocoa Nibs
2/3 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk
1/3 cup Water
1 cup Crushed Ice
Squeeze of Lime Juice
Pinch of Sea Salt
1T Stevia Sweetener to taste
1t Chia Seeds
Keto Cooking
Mix all ingredients in a blender for 20 seconds. Add cocoa nibs and chia seeds at the end for extra crunch. Enjoy!
